- Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of PetProHub, a platform developed by Tcpetcare (Group) Ltd to help pet owners find local professional pet care providers throughout the United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland
By joining PetProHub, and listing your business you agree to the terms outlined below.
- About PetProHub
PetProHub is a search and listing platform designed to connect pet owners with professional pet care businesses near to them.
PetProHub does not provide pet care services directly and is not involved in the delivery of any services listed on the platform. It is also not a bookings platform, and takes no commission or other fees other than a non-consecutive monthly listings fee, as set by PetProHub, and adjustable from time to time
- Business Listings
Businesses listed on PetProHub are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide, including:
- services offered
- contact details
- qualifications and experience
- licensing (where applicable)
PetProHub reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove any listing at its discretion.
- No Guarantee of Services
PetProHub does not guarantee to the general public the quality, reliability, or suitability of any listed business.
Pet owners are responsible for carrying out their own checks before engaging any pet care provider found on this platform.
All agreements for services offered are made directly between the pet owner and the business concerned. Meaning any disputes arising are between those two parties, and do not involve PetProHub at any stage.
- Verification and Professional Standards
PetProHub will have a higher tier for listings that will feature such things as “Verified” status, and a featured listing position.
Any such status is based on information provided by the business, the payment of the higher tier listing fee, and does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement by PetProHub
- Listing Fees and Payments
PetProHub operates on a listings fee-based model for business listings.
- Listing fees and features applying are clearly stated on this website.
- Listings will only be published once a listing fee payment has been confirmed. or continue to be published once any free offer period has been exhausted.
- Listings may be cancelled or suspended by the business at any time, with listings remaining active until the end of the current billing period
PetProHub reserves the right to update pricing and features as the platform develops.
- Use of the Platform
Users agree to use PetProHub for lawful purposes only.
Listed Businesses must not:
- provide false or misleading information
- misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt its operation
- copy or reproduce content without permission of PetProHub, or the owner of other businesses listed on the platform.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetProHub, and any linked subsiduaries shall not be liable for:
- any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform
- any issues arising from services provided by businesses who are listed on the platform
- any inaccuracies in listings
- Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials associated with PetProHub are the property of Tcpetcare (Group) Ltd unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce or use any content without prior permission.
- Changes to the Platform and These Terms & Conditions
PetProHub retains the right to amend or change at anytime:
- the platform
- its features
- these Terms & Conditions
at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
