PetProHub is a local pet and other animal services listings directory that covers the whole of the UK, that is designed to help pet and animal owners find trusted, professional animal and pet care business providers near to them. It is not a bookings platform, which means we don’t charge commissions or take any fees on your bookings.
Businesses who list just pay a monthly subscription, which is free for twelve months for the first 50 businesses to list. The twelve months only starts once your listing goes live. After the first 50 businesses are listed, a standard subscription of £10.00 per month will apply to all new listings, and to the first 50 listings once their twelve months has expired.
PetProHub stands out by focusing solely on independent pet and other animal-related businesses, offering curated, category-specific listings, verified providers, and over 1000 geographic local search places.

5. Does my business need to be licensed to join and list?
Only if the services you offer require a licence to operate from your local authority. You are advised to check with them, because it can vary around the country
This includes services like home boarding, kennels, catteries, and pet daycare facilities, all of which must comply with the
Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018. and must be licensed and inspected regularly by their local authority, and other regulations for Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland apply.

7. Who owns and runs PetProHub?
PetProHub was created and is run by Steve Frost, who started and runs Tcpetcare, an established pet care business in Coventry that’s been operating since 2019. Both businesses are operated as independent entities under the official name Tcpetcare (Group) Ltd
The platform was built with Steve’s insider industry knowledge and has a clear focus on professional standards and industry understanding
8. Can I cancel my payable subscription, and what happens if I cancel?
You can cancel or pause your PetProHub subscription at any time.
Once cancelled or paused, your listing will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, it will be removed from the platform, with you retaining the option of re-activating your subscription and relisting at any time You’re not held to long-term contract, and neither do we charge cancellation fees. PetProHub is designed to be flexible, allowing businesses to join and leave as needed.
If you do choose to return in the future, you are guaranteed to return at the original price you were paying before, unless you opt into any future higher tiers.
The aim is to make PetProHub a valuable and flexible platform that businesses choose to remain part of, rather than feel obliged to stay.
